worst starbucks ever.

please having more than one person taking orders = the queues are too long.

please have more than one person manning the tills = the queues are getting longer.

please have more than 1/2 people making the drinks = the queues have now extended into the main Blackwells shop floor.

please have staff that can actually make drinks = oh, you didn’t realise the caramel macchiatos actually need that caramel sauce on top?

please have staff that have a good grasp of english = if i repeat my order 3 times, do i get 3 drinks?

please turn the air con down. walking into a freezer is not cool = you think this hot weather’s going to last?…seriously?

i feel harsh. but it’s the truth. they just need to get the basics right.

i don’t know why i find this funny. seriously. revision is making me crazy.
